The company is headed by Mr. D S Lohchab, having more than 20 years civil engineering experience in the field of Designing and Construction for Industrial/Commercial and Residential Township/ Complexes. He has designed/developed the Township, Group Housings and co-operative Group Housing Societies in Gurgaon and other cities of India, for govt. undertakings such as UCIL & EIL etc. 
Mr. DS Lohchab had been involved in many of the projects of national development through clients like IOCL, GAIL, NTPC, IPCL and Reliance Industries.
