Where the colonizers have already invited applications from public regarding allotment of EWS Plots/ Flats, the applicants may be directed to submit theproof of them having registered under BPL category. In case, the applicant is unable to submit the same, he will not be considered for draw of lots and their application money shall be refunded alongwith interest earned by colonizer on such deposit within 15 days from the date of issuance of this communication.

Please furnish a copy of the state government policy under which plot/ flat is given to the economic weaker section. If the plot is allotted to the economic weaker section, whether economic weaker as exempt from taking Completion Certificate.
